Part 1 - 7 warm Part 3 - 5 in flying, 21 will (this is very confusing because it should logically be past tense but it's not) , 23 will, 25 for Part 4 - 13 trying Part 5 - 9 had been living, 20 will have gone
That's my impression of it anyway. Some of the answers were really close to call and it's quite possible I'm wrong! Like lots of languages, the correct grammar and the way that people actually communicate are too very different things.

I can't figure out all eight of them, but here are several I think you may have gotten wrong. I debated on a few of them since I could see them going either way, but these are ones I feel the most certain about. ^^;
(Part 1 - 7) Places near the Equator have {a warm / the warm / warm} weather even in the cold seasons. (Part 3 - 21) By 1998 there {would / must / will} have been satellites in space for forty years (Note, basing this on the next sentence using "have" and not a past tense like "had") (Part 3 - 23) When these {will be / are / will} have been completed (Part 3 - 24) it will be the first time {when / where / that} astronauts will be able to work in space in large numbers. (I could see this one going either with "when" or "that", but since the reference is "the first time," I think "when" might be the answer they wanted) (Part 4 - 13) It`s no use {to try / trying / in trying} to learn a language just by studying a dictionary. (This one bugs me. I think it would be "in trying" with "There is no use in trying," but for "It is

Yeah English is complicated, even the test says so in Part 4 XD It's very different to my native language, which is very simple in sentence construction and lacking in vocabulary ^^;

As far as I can see:
1. Part 1 - 7: Places near the Equator have {a warm / the warm / warm} weather even in the cold seasons.
2. Part 2 - 8: To be the best {from / in / of} the world is not easy.
3. Part 3 - 5: In the 19th century a few people succeeded {to fly / in flying / into flying} in balloons.
4. Part 3 - 21: By 1998 there {would / must / will} have been satellites in space for forty years
5. Part 3 - 23: When these {will be / are / will} have been completed
6. Part 3 - 25: {Apart / For / Except} all that, in many ways
7. Part 4 - 13: It`s no use {to try / trying / in trying} to learn a language just by studying a dictionary
8. Part 5 - 15: but now that they have children, they {have moved / move / moved} into the city.
I wrote them down as I read through, and was surprised when it turned out I had 8 exact findings!
You did very well, all in all, I think.
