I mentioned awhile back that I hadn't been reading enough; this is still true.  I did, however, manage to finish Scott Lynch's Red Seas Under Red Skies last night. Considering how much I had loved The Lies of Locke Lamora recommending it or loaning it to anyone who would listen or borrow, I took a shamefully long time to even start reading the

Somehow I hadn't noticed it was "The Gentleman Bastard Sequence" ...

Very excited now that it's certain there will be more books. There were a lot of loose ends, but my experience is that this does not always mean another book. :P Yay for more books!!!

I actually read them out of order - 2 then 1. I wonder how he's going to get Locke out of his end of book 2 quandary... *eg*

Like I said, there's an excerpt from book 3 (The Republic of Thieves) on the website. Still haven't decided if I want to read it, but apparently it's a flashback scene that has SABETHA in it!!!
