If you do get a chance, definitely try to come down during the non-tourist part of the year. I don't usually even bother to go to Universal during the summer months because it is so packed (although I've been going a ton during the evenings just because it's so convenient). The parks are so much nicer when there aren't a bazillion tourists around.
