Okay, here are some photos taken right around the area where I live. They really do not do it justice. I plan to take more later (hopefully before ALL the leaves have fallen). I also plan to take some this winter when it's super snowy and the river is mostly frozen. My parents haven't seen anything like it, and I promised them some pictures

I have a friend who plans to take me snowshoeing. =) He's experienced, so he knows all the good spots. I'll be sure to bring my digicam so I can gets lots of pretty photos! =) And I'm glad you enjoyed these. ;) They really don't even show how beautiful it is. I want to get some photos with better views of the moutains. It often hard to see them from where we are b/c we're right smack dab in the middle. =P LOL

Lots of hard core mountain climbers here. ;) LOL I'm not one of them. I like hiking, but I've never really done "climbing". I know a few people who do though. And they're really involved with it. =) Amazing outdoor folks up here, really. ;)

How lovely!!!!! So different from where I live - here in Florida it's pretty summer-y year round. We have a few types of trees that change colour, but they get their leaves back very quickly. The rest of them are green all the time!

From what I've seen of pictures of FL, it's equally beautiful but just in a different way. =) hehe Froggies and crocs and tropical flora . . .

There are so many squirrels up here!! They're so freakin cute! LOL Plus there are lots of birch trees, which I'd never seen until I came here. They're so beautiful. =)

So gorgeous! I'm going to the Boston area for Thanskgiving with my boyfriend's family and can't wait to see the diffrences in season!
