For anyone who tried to access "Birthday Blues" at the SSA...it was taken down. I didn't post it right and I screwed up the database (bad Artemis, bad!), so I reposted. It can now be found

Glad you like my fics. I'm a huge happily-ever-after romantic, and while I don't mind a dash of angst, I like my boys (or girls) happy in the end. "Birthday Blues" and "The Great Hunt" just happen to be two of my fics that have little or no emotional angst/climax for the guys to get through in order to have their happy ending.

Of course, the whole futurefic thing makes it easier! *laugh* Just brush away all those nasty late Season 2 and Season 3 vibes!

Hi! Sorry I took so long responding to your e-mail and to your lj comments. As you saw, I spent the last few weeks working at home prepping my e-mails so I could use my library time more effectively...which meant getting a chunk of e-mails taken care of but not so much on the lj front!

As for the lengthy reply...all I can say is "Thank God!". I'm a chatter, and I do so when e-mailing or writing a story. Feel free to re-read at your leisure if it pleases you. *wink*

Thanks for clarifying about your addy and name. I'll check out your lj at a later time since I don't have time today. (I think the librarian is eyeing me since I'm getting over my time limit on the computers...)

It's always so lovely to see that people who liked my "coming out" for the CLexFest Wave 7 like me enough to either hunt me down or read my latest SSA stuff. It's such a huge compliment! So thank you, Kris.

Keep tabs all you want. I don't mind. It's the reason I set up this lj.

Hopefully, I'll have good news on the Awakening front soon. I'm wrapping up my sequel to "Elusive Memories" so I that will free up a lot of time.

Gads, I wanna be your bitch. I simply adore The Great Hunt. You have captured a superb universe with that story and I adore the Lex and Clark there. I wanna go in and explore. I wanna see how Lex will manage with brattish Clark when he's pregnant. I wanna see what other outlandish plans Lex thinks of next year and the years after that. I like this lighter, more open Lex and this secure Clark is adorable. As for the two of them and their hunting games - I simply immersed myself in a lovely story.

I have read the story three times and I still say, perfection-crafted.
