Then, as they sunk in, a wicked grin spread across his face. He turned and stared at Roy, entirely unsure of how to begin gloating.

Perfect line, lol. Great little ficlet, so kudos to you. (Mmm...the boys in tuxes. Personal preference is dress uniform, but that's just me. Mmm...dress uniforms.) In before "OMG ED IS SUCH A BISHIE!!1!!~~"

LMAO!!! That was amazing! Cuz naturally I think Ed's gorgeous, even though that's not really how he is in most fics - but the idea of him as a pretty boy is hilarious. I don't know if I would say he's prettier than Winry...certainly a cutie though. Certainly a cutie. Wonderful comedy here...*titter*

I imagine Ed can clean up QUITE nicely, when he wants to. Much to his chagrin. (Seriously.. that hair... those eyes... *wibble*)

Deflating Ed and Roy's egos is so much fun. Did Winry somehow get Ed to sit down and clean up? Because that's the only way I can think of for him to earn the descriptor "pretty" from those kind of girls.

I mean, I think Ed's gorgeous, but "pretty" is not the first word that comes to mind for everyday Ed.

I had two choices, which was to either write Ed being pissed at being called short or Ed being pissed about being called pretty. (Well... prettier than Mustang, anyway), and Ed's recently grown in the manga. Woe. (Or joy. Both.)

And I'm more than sure Winry had a hand in getting Ed dressed up. Or Al. Al would be a fantastic at forcing Ed to spruce up a bit.

Did you see his date? I think he’s prettier than she is.

I'm just going to roll around on the floor laughing my head off for a little, okay? This is very awesome stuff.

I'm glad you enjoyed it - I know it's ridiculous, but soetimes we all need a little silliness. It relieved tension to write it.

Yay, morning drabbles! And me recovering from a hangover... perfect timing, my dear! XD

This is absolutely and totally my FAVOURITE line! Bloody brilliant. I can perfectly imagine Ed's face, the little devil.

Hehe, great drabble. You've got Ed and Roy down perfectly. I love it!

Thank you! I don't often write Roy - I have a hard time getting into his character, so I'm always glad to hear that I pulled him off with satisfaction.

And I'm happy to be part of the hangover cure - drinking anything good last night?

I'm terrified of writing Roy too. I don't know why, I just don't 'get' him. You did a great job though.

drinking anything good last night?

I was drinking for charity! XD

I was at a yearly a food and wine fair in aid of deaf children. There's an amazing deli in my town that sponsors the event. €10 in! You're given a wine glass and are ordered to go sampling the various wines, cider, ale or champagne. There are tables of roast ham, beef, soad bread, pâté, crackers, salmon, pasta, rice, couscous, bulgar... so much food. AND, dessert tables of butterscotch, toffee, fudge, chocolate, gingerbread, ice-cream, jellybeans... I could go on. It's my favourite night of the year. Better than Christmas.

Damn... now I'm starving! XD

Damn, you weren't just drinking something good, you were drinking FOR good! I'm deeply jealous.
