But I like not being there for it. It's a weird feeling of being grateful that I've missed it, and being sort of sad that this massive thing has happened to my friends/city and I'm not involved.

It's not horrible being here. The aftershocks last night were terrifying, but other than that, being here is not bad. I can totally understand wanting to be here.

My cat hoovers everything down that she finds (even a piece of tomato slice and cheerios no kidding) but hates can food. She'll only eat dry cat food as opposed to wet. So your not the only one with a weirdo cat. My little General is crazy.

It's just so weird that all she likes is dry cat food and nothing else except cheese.

Take your time! As long as you feel ready! I miss you though! I saw we already got a Helen hold which was fast. I'm hoping whoever it is wants to carry on the plots you and I had with her. :(

(And ahaha, my dog is obsessed with cheese too. It's a little bit hilarious. When you say the word "cheese", he perks up. The second somebody reaches for cheese in the fridge, he comes running. Pets are the best.)

ME TOO my goodness. I've been too distracted to write even and I hate that!

My dog used to love cheese too! He went mad over the stuff. Ariadne will run from the other room for it.
