What follows is very long, possibly tinhatty, almost certainly overthinking-it post of observation on series 5 of Doctor Who so far, and vague speculation for the rest of the season. (I have no spoilers beyond aired episodes and trailers, and like it that way.)

Yuletide reveal!
First! I have to announce a Yuletide Madness treat I got: Souvenirs by Amanuensis (!), which takes my WALL-E/Battlestar Galactica prompt in another direction I never expected, and is awesome. And so far I've been able to leave comments on one of them--I am TRYING for the rest; the website is not letting me--and I wanted to at least start leaving comments before linking to my stories here, SO. Okay, so, this is my first yuletide, right?
I have FOUR STORIES in the archive for me. FOUR.
Every SINGLE ONE of my requests had something written for it!
And I will post links and delighted recs as soon as I can get into the archive to read them!

Just realized that, when I dutifully linked to my yuletide letter in all four of my prompts, I put the url in angle brackets, like you do when citing urls in papers.
Which of course means that, when the requests were put up on the yuletide website for Yuletide Madness, the urls vanished.
D'oh!
(Oh, well--I have learned a valuable lesson for next -

So I felt kind of like an idiot for forgetting about Write or Die until, um, a couple of days ago. It would have been useful much earlier in my yuletide process!
But now, I have figured out how to use it for revisions. I feel like a genius! -
