oh my god oh my god oh my god I can't sleep. sleeping pills won't help! are you taking fish oil still? what about the vitamins we bought?
also, don't drink caffeine too late?
also don't fall asleep at 12, wait til you're actually tired and then pass out for 8 hours. even if it's 6 a.m. it is okay it is better to sleep straight than half and half

hi kate! i'm sorry i haven't been able to make it out to your shows, i seem to always get your messages at weird times. i thought from the frequency of your shows that you were doing well, but then i noticed that a lot of your lj entries talk about jobs and apartments and i know that makes a lot of anxiety. i've been better at relaxing about that stuff but not better at sleeping, or eating, or doing stuff, or working a regular job. so mostly i'm really really happy but there's always annoying stuff that i feel like i should be doing better. i like reading about the things you make. i think that's all.
