Basic Premise
This Unohana comes from a world in which she is the sick captain, not Ukitake. The circumstances are a little different, and it doesn't manifest in quite the same way as a result of how their powers and jobs differ. Eventually I will write up a blurb as to the 'how' of this switch, but this is enough for now!
