Shoebox ... in Spanish *love*

I woke up this morning (2 pm is so morning >>), looked out the window, and thought: why is the rain white? It must be raining really hard. But ... why can't I hear it? O.O Oh, it's snowing.

First off, what languages do people know/sort of know and how fluent are you in them?

Secondly, what are the different tenses in various languages? What do they each mean and what are their names?
