Well, as a follow-up to my post of yesterday, I thought I’d write a bit about how I currently feel.  Not only do I wish to update those friends who’ve read the post and may be wondering how the whole sleep thing worked out, but I’d also like to record it in the interest of charting the efficacy of the Estroven, even though it’s only the first day.

So many thoughts, so many thoughts. I'm concerned for you just because there's so many outcomes to you taking estroven. However, I really hope it works out for you. I bet this sort of thing makes you feel like you're spinning in circles. *hug ( ... )

After doing a bit more research on the boron, I discovered that its efficacy in stimulating estrogen production has been tested clinically with little, if any, result. In other words, I'm pretty sure it doesn't do squat to help the body produce estrogen.

On the other hand, it's good for bone growth and is included in a variety of multivitamins as well. I've been told before that taking multivitamins of any kind is just fine for me. Therefore, I am no longer worried. :)
