Well, as a follow-up to my post of yesterday, I thought I’d write a bit about how I currently feel.  Not only do I wish to update those friends who’ve read the post and may be wondering how the whole sleep thing worked out, but I’d also like to record it in the interest of charting the efficacy of the Estroven, even though it’s only the first day.

As all of you know, I've been thinking a great deal lately.   It's been more or less productive depending on the circumstance in question, but I would definitely consider my most recent discussion with a friend one of the more productive episodes I've managed in a while.
