simple and delicious

I tried out a new recipe last night because its simplicity really appealed to me since I pretty much hate cooking on Sundays. It turned out surprisingly delicious and full of flavor; I was expecting it to be a little bland because it was almost too easy. As per usual, I added more of this and less of that, but nothing that turned the whole thing on
