Liveblogging: Bacon

I've just peeled three slices off of my frozen kilo of special-order German bacon. It's thawing very slowly in the saucepan on low heat. Oh god it already smells so good.

+ In goes: half an onion. One of the brand-new fresh-grown local ones I got at Produce Tuesday at the supermarket. Possibly too much? Possibly not. OH HEY ALMOST FORGOT the garlic.

Dude, your "SUCCESS" totally broke the boundaries of time and space and appeared outside the margins of my friends' page.

Also can you really have too much onion? I ponder this to myself. I think I could eat them raw like apples, like the guys in "Holes."

And yeah, you really can :c at least when the main taste here is BAAAAAACON.

Perhaps there simply wasn't enough bacon to flavor the two scoops of rice. Or maybe I added the onions in too late, as they were kinda white still. Which, dude. Ew.

Heck no it's AWESOME!

Hmm, I see about the onions. You should make bacon-flavored onion next time, maybe. (Hopefully that's not what happened this time.)

Next time there is spare bacon grease, I will save it JUST for onion-use.
