Well, Computerless No Longer

We finally set up my old dinosaur computer (unaffectionately known as Deeno). Bear has already seen an issue with having three computers online:

My daughter is not allowed to IM me. Frankly it skeeves me out and reminds me too much of this other screwed up family I used to have the misfortune of knowing. If you can't get up and talk (or turn around!) and look at family when talking, then you've got a major chip missing in the circuitry, methinks. *g* She's never so much as sent me an email, although that's partly because she's not really computer savvy and (at 16) is still getting used to the whole idea of having a WHOLE computer to herself. Music downloads and friends on MySpace are about as far as she's gotten!
