( Permissions Behind the Cut )

 Not too long ago I discovered that the Rift turned me into a shapeshifter. Where I'm from there is no supernatural activity at all, as far as I'm aware, so this is a rather new experience entirely. It was recommended to me that I ask the, ah, community for council.

A few days after I got to Chicago I had an argument with myself. I got rather upset and...

I turned into a cat.

I didn't leave my room and fell asleep. When I woke up I was me again.

Is this... normal in Chicago?

I hardly expected to end up in Chicago this week, but now that I'm here I may as well make the best of it.
