And Im super stoked you liked the ~drama i added with Rosie and Major Mason. I felt it necessary to explore the more political side of the story, just a bit, to make it that much more ~real. Also, i just find it fascinating, this whole universe.

Tension is what this story is all about :) I'm really glad you appreciate that aspect. And omg I love you for mentioning Mason. He really is pivotal, I feel, to who Carter is, and I really want to get that across. He's not just the "parental figure" the movie makes him out to be. He's got a purpose, and it's vital.

I had almost completely forgotten about this until you posted the new chapter, I really love this fic so naturally I re-read the other chapters before this one.

Loving the PPP fic, for such an incredibly gay movie there seems to be a lack of fic for it.

I really feel for Rosie, it must be so horrible for her. It would be nice if Carter would stop being a douche, but it's interesting how she's just trying to keep up the walls of her own heartache ...
Carter is relieved when her fake cough is loud enough to stifle the soft sobs coming from the window. Any longer and Carter’s mind would have wandered back, several years ago, to those months after her mother left them, sitting in that same place, doing the same thing. Crying to the moon.

It just makes me want her to hurry up and warm up to poor Rosie.

I know, i feel horrible for letting this slide. I really envy letscall_l for her dedication and planning skills... i think next time i do a multichapter, it definitely needs to be completed before i post it /:

You're in luck! Carter warms up a little and starts teasing Rosie instead of just berating her, in the next chapter. But it's still tense between them , of course. I'm trying to flesh that out as long as possible - bc no matter how good looking a misplaced princess maybe, if she's shadowing you everywhere and borrowing your clothes, it's pretty fucking annoying lol.

My last Multi-Chapter I wrote about half or more before I started posting it and actually managed to keep up weekly updates.
Possibly a first, considering my old Heroes fic was getting updated monthly ... at best.

I'm glad your exploring the dynamic of the relationship between them, because as adorable as Rosie/Carter are the circumstances of course mean they aren't going to get along instantly. I'm looking forward to Carter warming up a little especially teasing Rosie ;)
