I guess I missed the part where you mentioned you were moving in with R. That's exciting!

The Dipstick has always been annoying. If I were moving, that would be the topic of my conversations as well. His enthusiasm is probably more from excitement than focusing efforts to annoy you. Being annoying just comes natural to him!
