Having exhausted my Lego budget for the month, I hadn't planned on buying any more for a while. But this being churn time, I got curious to see who had what, and ventured into Big W (well off my beat normally).

They look like Ood.

In fact they look so much like Ood that I at first thought they were some sort of new merchandise announced at Comic-Con

Ah, but show me a Lego owner who hasn't made their own TARDIS at one time or another... (My brother-in-law, for example, has a lovingly preserved console he made back in the 70s :) Drew all his own "stickers" for it, too... with a wonderful handwritten legend in 5yo spelling to explain what they all do. Quite marvellous.

I've only attempted Old Skool so far, but I suspect some of the Aqua Raiders sets would come in very handy for a Nu interior.
