Finally have the time to sit down with New BSG properly. Enjoying it tremendously, only two reservations: 1) Pres. Roslin looks like a stoned Sarah Jane Smith, and 2) I keep thinking of Apollo as Bernstein.
Hmm. Bernstein in space. I'd pay that and Bronski would make a beautiful Starbuck. Of either gender

They don't make'em like they used to
Some kind soul has lent hubby his Planet of the Apes box set. We're watching them in random order - Beneath... and Battle for... so far. Utterly fucking delightful. Before I start: series 3 Breaking Bad aired tonight folks! It's already up online in selected places. Get to it :)
Anyway: I Am Legend. Read book, saw film. Enjoyed the latter far more than I'd expected to (both just as a film and as an adaptation) but leaning towards the former as preferable, largely for the ending ( Read more... )
