At our hotel, one of our most common complaints is that the light over the vanity is burnt out. I think only once has that ever been the case. Nobody ever sees the switch on the other side of the blowdryer that turns it on. >:(
We luck out, because all of our lights have the switches right on them.
However, people always seem to need the outlets they're in, and never seem to remember to plug them back in. And the morons in the rooms can't seem to think that maybe if it's not plugged in, it won't work.
