Today I am grateful for cast iron skillets.

I haven't used a proper cast iron skillet since baisleac moved out and took hers with her. But using Lorre's has reminded me just how much I like cooking with cast iron. And, more importantly, how easy the clean up is with cast iron. I think

Actually, today I am grateful for keeping track of my word count. If it weren't for that, I wouldn't have realized that I'd talked about being grateful for the antihistamines last night.
