A while ago, well six month ago I posted this... nothing has changed, in fact I think some things have become worse.

So on Friday I headed off to the Doctor once again and left with requests for pathology tests, two reffereals to different specialists and a script for various anitbiotic creams.

To sum up what we established at the doctors:

I went through the same thing myself when I was 19.
Too much testosterone, and I'm allergic to additives that they put in oral contraceptives.
Doctor put me onto Depo Provara injections. (progesterone-only). This stops the uterus thickening, and means that my body doesn't convert the extra eostrogen into testosterone.

I am sorry to hear that things haven't gotten much better. I am glad to know that you have a good doctor though. Some of them don't care.

Aww sweety *hugs* I lost my laptop a fortnight ago. I was more than delighted, upon going through the photo's of the hard drive, to find several of you. Even more so to find a particular bunny eared one.

As someone who has been in and out of specialists for the past 12 months like a yoyo... I feel your pain. it's really fucking hard and expensive and blech... Do yours speak to you like you're 5 too?

On the other bit that shall not be mentioned... Name one of us that has never felt like that and I'll show you the person that has never lived nor loved.
