Haircut time!

I have waaaay too many split ends it is time for a haircut! That and the four inches of regrowth and grey hair is not a good look. My problem is I can not decide what to do with my hair. I want to keep most of the length other than that I am stumped, and for the first time in a very long time it matters not what I do to my hair with regards to work
