I mainly loved this episode because it was really, really pretty. High-tech forest! Glowing Pit of glowiness! Yaaay!
The last scene! On one hand, it was hysterical and I adored it-- although I do like to think that, after sixty years, this is still the show that five-year-olds can watch with their nostalgic grandparents. I don't think it actually crossed the line on that count, but then, I don't trust my own judgment because I was too busy giggling and punching the air. Mostly I'm glad he was (vaguely) non-consenting. Although, not really. Anyway
