Not forever, just as a kind of detox for a few days at least. I'm not suggesting the total beige experience.

And how's the gym treating you? You had a bad stretch of virii there that kept you away from regular excerise which wouldn't help.

Gym going is actually currently going well. I'm there Mondays, wednesdays and fridays. Some days it's only going to the gym that helps my mood go from homicidal to reasonably calm.

Yeah, exercise is good. Just getting out into fresh air and sunlight can help. Have you considered yoga/meditation/a nice massage? I can also recommend a pet but that is somewhat lifestyle restrictive and the roomba would have a job keeping up with the fluff...

Considered yoga, but not found time for it yet. Massages make me tense up (unless I really trust someone I have personal space issues and even then things like neck massages still give me the heeby jeebies).

Pet is currently out due to strata rules prohibiting them, plus living on my own means they'd be alone a lot of the time and I don't see the point of getting one if you're just going to neglect it. (Already been through my small rodents and fish stages).

I admit I'm not seeing a lot of sunlight at the moment, but as summer comes in it might get better.
