Mood's been fluctuating a bit recently. When I'm in company I'm usually alright, actually when I'm alone with a book or something enjoyable I'm alright, but things going wrong or people acting in ways so that I can't get things done that I need to get done are annoying me more than usual.
Possibly it's the weather. Tiny possibility that I'm heading into another depression cycle, but I'd rather not use medication if I don't have to as at the moment it's reasonably mild.
So far as suggestions for self-medication I've heard: Steak (not my first pick), chocolate (chewing sweet, sticky things a bit painful for teeth) and eating more vegetables (should probably buy some more then)
Any other suggestions?
