so, yes. might can has house. *crosses fingers* offer was accepted, had the property inspected today, everything is looking pretty good. if things go well, closing will be August 19th-ish. hopehopehope.

time to start packing. as soon as my tummy stops being wobbly.

Glad to hear it -- your experience on this reminds me of mine (we also shopped for our house during the "housing slump", and the only houses that didn't turn into bidding wars were overpriced junk). So I hope this goes well for you.
