Isn't he? And this was completely out of the blue, which means he simply wanted to send me something. Way to make a week that started out lousy way better. ^-^
Ha! Yeah "subtext" was the wrong word there. But I am totally picturing that video if ever I hear that song again. Adorable!! And ha, I like you take on it - it's silly to mope about someone else looking good if you dress stupid. And really, like Taylor Swift is some skeezy hag??
Also, I will watch that vid you posted, either tonight or tomorrow!
I know! That's what bothers me about her songs, or at least the ones I always hear on the radio. They always seem to be about problems she could take care of herself if she just tried.
Raccoon = SO CUTE :O these pictures of spring.... sort of make me want to come visit you sometime in the spring.... how cold is it? ... to see pretty snow melting scenes, it would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me ^^;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ...... I know, I know .... maybe for like, a long weekend trip.... some time.... :D
LOL otaku brothers XD hopefully they'll stay interested and you guys will become friends that way. Is there a big age gap between you and them? They seem a lot, LOT younger. :O
Iowa's really pretty now, since everything's green and the planting's starting up. ^-^ Do you like animals and food on a stick? You could always come visit during August and hit the State Fair. Biggest in the country, I think.
Barely otaku - though I'm slowly getting Roger to watch a few more anime now. Naruto was the first one I really hooked them both on. Yeah, it's a big age gap. Roger was born when I was 14, and Alan when I was 16. (They're 12 and 10 now.) Dad likes to say he started his second family with the wife he already had. ::rolls eyes::
But August... sounds hot. .__. What's the weather like in August? This year is out though any way cause of big nasty licensing tests :'( ~ I DO like food on a stick, though preferrably grilled, not fried.. ^^;
That's okay, keep going! Naruto is a start. Have you tried like, Yuu Yuu Hakushou and the old shounen classics?
True, August is hot - usually. This is Iowa, so you can never be entirely sure.
Yup, they like Yu Yu Hakusho when I sit down with them and watch it, but I have a hell of a time getting them to watch it when I'm not there. Same with One Piece, too. Did get Roger to watch FMA on his own, though.
