Does anyone else notice he is wearing what he did in VEGAS??
All but the jacket........and like VEGAS, the shirt is partially tucked in.........

and I noted in that scene where Det Sheppard is at the morgue
and speaking to Keller about the corpse she is working on,
his shirt is partially tucked just like it was at con.
He is just so dependable
