Yes, Dick Clark is finally dead. Massive heart attack at 82 (which seems way too young, but...).

What can be said about him that hasn't already? You were a major, major icon, sir. You've earned your rest...and your fame.

I was mostly sad today because he was the same age my my grandma, and I want her to live forever...

As much as I am saddened to lose such an icon, I'm glad he's at rest now. The last few New Year's Eves that they trotted that poor man out were just awful.
