Aww! I haven't seen enough of it to know why Touya dislikes Syaoran, but it's definitely got that big brother vibe!

XD It's two-fold. The more obvious reason is that Touya has a big brother complex and he'd dislike anyone that Sakura dated. The other reason is that when Syaoran first showed up, he was sensing Yukito's moon magic without realizing it, and thought that he (Syaoran) had a crush on Yuki. Which gave poor Touya fits of jealousy. XD

Actually, when Syaoran first showed up, he demanded that Sakura gave him her Clow Cards, which lead to him "attacking" her (not exactly...I mean, it was not violent or anything...). Touya just happened to be in the right place, at the wrong time...from then on, he disliked Syaoran...

But this story is absolutely wonderful! Really! And honestly, I love the transition between "Sakura not getting angry because of the 'Kaijuu' comment" and "Sakura getting angry at it": it shows the change in her mood pretty well! *grin*
