Girls playing with lipstick! *squeals a lot* Such a fun use of another canon prop...it's true, Gotham rogues are so kinky!

This part of the job wasn’t as exciting as actually punching Ivy in the gut, but it was important.

This thought seemed so very Steph, it made me giggle. I don't think I actually like canon Steph much, and yet she's so fun in fanon. :)

I really would love to see the Bath and Body Works Wizard! He leaves everything smelling like vanilla and strawberries! Horror!

Mia stepped back, spreading the rep lipstick over Steph’s lips with her thumb.

This was such a beautiful and hot little detail. I'm a sucker for people touching peoples' mouths, somehow, and the addition of the red lipstick just makes it mad hot.

tiny typo in it, though, I notice as I quote it!I love the way you describe the taste of the lipstick, and the golden sprays of hair being released from ponytails...you really make very clear that there are so many fun details to play with in writing femslash that we don't get to have with the boys! The canon props are so crazy! I tried to make it less 'Thank you, Mina, for the information!' but in the end, it's a dangerous prop too... but, uh, my excuse is, it's weaker on girls ( ... )

Whee! Steph!! I've been reading Batgirl comics and loving Steph's appearances in them! :D

Awww, this was so wonderful! Adorable, even. Like Jen says, I really like how they're girlish without being too girlish! :D

Yay! I want to get the Batgirl run, but I must be careful with money this summer... but soon! as soon as I get a job, om nom nom, comics!

I'm really glad you liked it, Star! I had a lot of fun writing them, it's easier to write them girlish than write the guys manly, lol. Comes the the territory :P And the Gotham rogues are all rather twisted... much like their vigilantes, I guess, but some of the props and gimmicks are really... well. Sex pollen! crazy!

This is wonderful! Steph and Mia are both great in this. I'd love to see more fic with them. I thought you did a really good job with their voices. Also the use of the lipstick was very clever. I've seen lots of sex pollen fic, but I can't recall ever reading any fic with characters who are not Ivy (or Harley) using her lipstick.

Yay! Thank you! I'm very glad you enjoyed it :) I have written them together only once before, and they have really easy voices to tap to, but I'm afraid I don't know their canon well enough to write them more often... I'm glad you think I did a good job with their voices! It's always scary to write characters you're not very familiar with. I really like lots of the props the rogues have, and the lipstick is but one of the crazy ones, I thought it would be fun to play around with it a little after getting 'lipstick' as a prompt. Thank you! (sorry it took me so long! I was away :P) I'm so glad *you* liked Mia and Steph, since most of my constructive exposition to the characters comes from your stories and meta.

Mia/Steph seems pretty appropriate to me too, for some reason... Bats/Arrows is also a tradition, and one worth honoring! I'm sure Dick and Roy would agree with me :)
