I'm at work, so I don't have time to write a long reply, but I just loved the touch of Clark being cold at the end. After he and Bruce both give their all to save us...

And Bruce is there to tuck him in.

*giggle* Brue is a fussy fusser. I imagine he has a very explicit routine for going to sleep, and when it is not fulfilled... madness!! Clark is not under the covers, the infidel! he's cold! the universe is playing tricks! Though, I might just be projecting...

...plot? what plot? are you sure you're reading this story? Lol. It was all and ecuse to give myself panther Bruce, because kitty!! I write pre-slash much more comfortably, I'm afraid. I want to write them as an established couple, I really do, but... I fail! My love for Jason can combine with everything *giggles* I'm glad it made you smile. It was self indulgent panther&cuddle-fic, and I don't pretend otherwise :)

Lol, of course. The whole story's purpose was to get to the cuddles. That, and make Bruce lick Clark's fingers... and be adorable and blue. I'm glad you enjoyed my trip.

Jason Blood is the magician in A Knight in Shadows, one of the JL animated first season episodes. He' also around a lot in Vertigo, and the alter ego of Etrigan, who is also all over the place both in DC and Vertigo. Redhead, creepy... no? I love him!

*grins* good to know you enjoyed my trippy trip. I just really, really wanted transmogrified Bruce. Isn't he adorable? That, and how plain passive he is around Jason. I find that very sexy. Clark finds that very scary.

Bruce knows better than to try to understand the things that happen when he gets involved with magic.
