I just don't know exactly how to word it so that it's understandable. The only thing that comes to mind is a loud scream, but where that would help relay my frustration it wouldn't do alot to help you understand where that frustration comes from

As for your home situation, take a deep breath and let it out slowly. Just do what you can, when you can. If they start complaining, tell them their arms aren't broken and to do it themselves. If they start whining, start whining right back at them. ;) my mom used to do that whenever we complained, and it would shut us up pretty quick because it sounded ridiculous when she did it. That and she'd tell us that if it bothers us so much, clean it up.
Just work at it little bit at a time, sweetie. Stop beating yourself up over this. It's not worth it.
If I lived up there, I'd come over and lend a hand. And maybe go all "Boot Camp Drill Sergeant" on them for you. ;)
