I don't keep track of my menstrual cycles but i'm starting to wonder if I've got one just around the corner. B/c on top of feeling down on myself, i'm highly irritable

I gave up pop last summer, and I have to say I expected bigger things. I mostly drink unsweetened iced tea or crystal light mixes in water. Haven't noticed any change in stomach issues or weight. When I was so sick in January I had a couple of diet Mt Dews because of convenience, and I didn't notice any ill effects from them. Since then, about once every week or two I have one, just cos I've always loved the taste. Never notice any effect. Of course I gave up diet colas years ago, which I guess is supposed to be the worst offender, so who knows how those would do now?
yah i initially gave up my previous mass consumption of diet coke a couple years back. cold turkey. ppl said i would get hit with a massive headache but it never happened. I soon picked up regular ginger ale thinking that would be a *healthier* choice? but soon found myself drinking mass quantities of that as well. (too much of a good thing?? lol) Anyways, so i'm just done. I don't think there's any such thing as "one or two a week" for me. lol Same thing i think regarding the crystal light--i fear that it'll just work as a gate-way beverage & before yanno-it i'll be back to the pop. LOL
