which advice? I'm trying to take it slowly, but it's hard to know what my limits are in this sort of stuff if i haven't done it before. I'll know within the next few days what the limits are I'm sure. And as soon as i felt pain, i did stop what i was doing and just stayed in the water..

Didnt they say dont do more than 20 mins max? Or did i not read correctly?

yep, you read that correctly. And that's when I slowed down. i kept an eye on the clock the whole time and the last 20 minutes i took it very very slowly. When they got to vigorous, I just gently swam to the wall.

I probably should have only done 20 minutes max, and then warmed down. It's really hard to gauge how much to do. I didn't know how long the class went either.

Perhaps I should ask to do only 1/2 the class for 1/2 the price? lol

But I'm armed with information now.
