Okay I'm done, but seriously it made me so happy to see this up and I was grinning like a loon the whole time I was reading it. I particularly loved the exchange between them when Jaime found out Tim's name. And they both seriously owe Babs for calling Jaime's mum.

Oh they so owe Babs. Babs knows that the world would turn upside down if Mama Reyes did not know where he baby boy was.

They will have to let her record them making out. I think Mrs Reyes would be almost as formidable an in-law as Batman. (not that Jaime and Tim are married, but it's easier than saying "significant-others-parent. Which I just said, so I lose in the end anyway)

Mrs. Reyes would terrify Tim. Supervillans he can handle, but he has little experience with over protective mothers. :(

eeee -- you posted more!!! I'm really liking this (I'd never even *thought* of Tim/Jaime before), nice to see that someone's looking out for Tim. Poor guy -- he needs at least some therapy and several hugs, but Jaime & Co. seem to be helping.

Jaime/Tim is a lot of fun and is my current obsession. :D

Poor Timmy needs some serious love but Jaime has plans to help him out. He's a good boy. <3

Tim felt himself smile as he thought about Babs’ teasing. “And what would you do if he did?” he asked, amused.

He could hear her shrug on the other end of the line. “Press record. Then maybe I’d call you. I figure it would probably be something you want to be awake for.”

“Responsible adult, huh?” he teased and she laughed.

I'm glad you liked it. I'm also glad I reworked it. I think things make more sense this way.
