They thought, “You know what I want to hear? ‘Blue Rabbit.’” So they went to iTunes and bought it.

lolololol.

"In other words, companies want bury anything controversial as soon as possible."

What about the crazy inventions Japanese people create sometimes ?

Why I like the ban of an offending celebrity's material is because they won't profit from it. It's kind of sickening that people can profit from committing crimes and being general douche bags. We see that all the time in America.

But I don't think it's necessary to pull their records or works. People will make the decision to support people one way or another.

I kind of agree with this. While I agree it's a personal moral choice... I mean given the fact that after a star's DUI or involvement in a really brutal crime, it kind of feel like rewarding them for bad behavior because it gets them attention and in turn it's like doing it in the first place was beneficial because it got you money. :///

Thank god for iTunes. I really dislike it when record labels do the whole "We're not supporting this artist, you shouldn't either and we're not giving you a choice!"

Isn't this a little much? Imo, she should get paid for the work she's done so who cares if she makes profit while she's high and trippin'. Kick her off the label so she can suffer finding work is a better punishment. That's just me though.

No I agree too. It's not like she recorded it recently (i.e. when she would have been on drugs). She made the song over a decade ago. What's wrong with her making money from that? She's already being punished, and it's gonna be hella hard for her to work in the future (at least as a singer).

Let people make their own decisions, Japan. I realize this is a difficult concept for you.
