STRAIGHT UP CRYING AUGH. I mean, this film as frustrating as it is, I felt was perfectly cast so that you preferred this is wonderful (though the more I discuss the ~details~ of this genderswap with Sophie the more I totally wish this had happened. Narcissistic? Possibly and I so don't care.)
I'M JUST SO SO GLAD THAT THIS IS WORKING FOR PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY PEOPLE WHOSE TASTE IS IMPECCABLE LIKE YOUR LOVELY SELF. I saw Breakfast on Pluto years ago, I desperately need a rewatch.

The thing I love most about genderswap, and it's particularly true of this, is that swapping the genders brings out all these interesting tensions and dynamics in the text which are such fun to play with. Really though, so many projects could probably have been improved with a genderswap I swear. And :D :D you are far too kind.
