Woohoo!! I'm so excited. Theoretically I know what to expect, but actually experiencing it? I have no clue. The closest to anything like this I've ever done is a soap fan club luncheon. I'm really thinking it won't compare, LOL!

OMG! A VIRGIN!!!

Don't worry we'll be gentle. ;-)

Dragon Con is awesome. Be prepared to want to do way more things than you can actually get done. Every year, I get my program grid out and circle something for almost EVERY time slot available and get...maybe 2 panels a day in with all the costuming and partying and seeing friends I only see at Dragon and making new friends that I'll see again next year at Dragon.

This is my sixth year, so if you have any questions or want tips or anything, I'm your girl!

Have fun. I went to a Star Trek con - many years ago, hee! - and had a blast. I actually had more fun meeting some of my fave ST authors there than the stars but it was still such an experience. Enjoy.

Ooh, ST con. Yeah, I'm sure the authors were great. I don't know what I'm going to do, but I'm sure it'll be fun. :)

At the risk of sounding like Kellie Pickler: "What's a Dragoncon?" :p

It's this HUGE sci-fi/fantasy convention that takes place every end of August in Atlanta. Since I live an hour or so from Atlanta now, I'm going. :D

Oh, cool!!! :D Like...East Coast Comic-Con? (I know they featured "Torchwood" last year :)

(what a beautiful icon...Billie Piper looks stunning. :D I particularly like it because she seems less blonde, and I actually think she looks prettier with darker hair. :)

I love her hair the more honey shade it is in SDOACG (well, based on pics, as I haven't watched it yet).

Okay, by the end of it, you know I expect a full report, a detailed re-enactment, and, perhaps, a musical number!

I have to live vicariously through others. LOL.

LOL. I wish I knew! It's called "And Now We Dance!" and I had it forever. And for the life of me I can't remember where I got it from, who made it, and who to credit. But it's hysterical and I use it sometimes to express glee. :)
