Thanks to all who commented on my last post. I spent all day at Dragon*Con. Played some games, saw Katee Sackhoff in the bathroom (GORGEOUS!) and other celebs in the Walk of Fame sectino, but I only talked to Robert Picardo (The Doctor, Star Trek: Voyager) and Virginia Hey (Zhan, Farscape) briefly.

WHEE!!! I was planning on getting it anyway this month, but it's even sweeter because a week ago it was announced that Paul Wesley and ... IAN SOMERHALDER would be attending. WHEEE!!!!

So excited. I really, really hope that other peeps from fandom I know show up. I'd love to meet up with fellow fans. :D

Okay, so it wasn't quite an adventure, more a couple of days surrounded by sci-fi/fantasy fandom wrapped around a day at home being sick as a dog. Oh fun.

Woohoo!! I'm so excited. Theoretically I know what to expect, but actually experiencing it? I have no clue. The closest to anything like this I've ever done is a soap fan club luncheon. I'm really thinking it won't compare, LOL!
