They really were able to read each other's minds at this point and know each other so well. Bill wants to help her and she'll attempt to push him away but she knows that he'll come in anyway. Thanks for your thoughts!! :)

The part I find most interesting is that she's hoping he won't ask to come in (but he does, of course). She could always just say 'no' (but she doesn't, of course). She's telling herself she doesn't want him to come in, but in truth she desperately wants him to. /ramble

PS I love it when they sit on the floor and talk.

Exactly. They know each other so well. She knows he's going to ask because that is Bill. He won't let her suffer alone. She really needs and wants him to come in and comfort her. Love them chatting in the head!! :)
