Maybe you feel like you can't even breathe anymore. Like you don't know how to breathe or that breathing hurts because she isn't here. If that is true, then try to remember that she is not your breath; she is not the one reason you're alive. Try even harder to find your breath again, and the true source of its sustenance. I know I don't really know you anymore and maybe I never really did, but I had someone tell me that he wasn't my breath when I felt like I couldn't breathe, so I just wanted to make sure that you had someone too. Let me know if there's anything more I can do to help.
