i googled for lemsip and found the contraindications a little daunting -- don't take it if you have raynaud's or any kind of heart disease, e.g. plus, i hear it tastes nasty. ;)

one of these days i need to see mcavoy in something. he's all over my f-list.

Yes, but aren't there horrific warnings for every single medication, not the least of which being panadol and paracetamol?

It does taste nasty, I'm afraid, in its liquid form. That's why I'm soooooooooooooooooooooo glad they've finally put it in capsule form so I don't taste anything but the brief plasticky thing as it washes down with the water. Yay!

Well, I did keep urging you towards Becoming Jane. :p
