Chapel Hill is close to Raleigh and I've grown to dislike that city. It has this confusing "inner" and "outer" beltway which inevitably leads to us getting lost EVERY time we go there. That said, I have a friend who lives in Fuquay-Varnia (about an hour from Chapel Hill) and she loves it.

I've lived in Charlotte forever and it's been alright for me.
