First time trial as a member of the Living Root Dragon Boat Team went well. I had stiffness in my shoulder after the first race, and rested and stretched it for about one third of the time we took to paddle back to the start for the second time trial. Ran my first marathon today, up in burlington, VT. Sweetie sacrificed sleep and her saturday night to ride up the four hours with me, so that I wouldn't have to drive myself home today.
