Contrary to what I'd heard, the Exhibit Hall isn't a mile long... it's only half a mile long... It just SEEMS to be a mile long, since it's impossible to get from end to end due to crowds, and just overwhelming STUFF to see. Thanks again for the sketch in the book! I'd meant to show up at one of your signings (like the last one down in Orange), but have been totally failing. At least I had time before the Exhibit Hall opened to get a few things...!

Oh, they were cool!!! But most were hundreds of dollars... and it was hard to tell if one could actually tote 'em about without totally damaging them...

But, yeah... No monies over here for that kind of thing, either... *sigh*

Yeah. The Tennant Doctor bags! I never saw that many of them roaming about the hall, so I have a feeling they were pretty scarce. ... Aimee had tipped me off about 'em, but they were lining people up for getting autographs whenever I went by, not bags. And I couldn't take time to stand in line for any of that goodness, anyway ( ... )

Well, I would hope I could get in as a pro now since I work for a media company now, but we shall see. I get offered free passes by a few people before hand, but I hate eating up people's passes and then, not going. But forget it... I'm not doing that anymore.

Oh, it's pretty easy to get a pro pass... although they are making noises about limiting the number of them (with the con selling out and all, makes sense).

It used to be OK to just get a pro pass and not worry about taking up someone's place... I never worried about it before this year...

Yep, leaving Monday!

I hope I didn't leave you and Heather in the lurch for the Hotel for GenCon...

And I hope you have a great time. I do wish I could have done GenCon (too!), but this was the only time the tour was going (limited, I guess, 'cause of the economy?). Have fun.
