This really is pretty good now, it's concise and says everything you need to say. The only improvement it really needs is a thorough copyedit for grammar issues, I think.

In the 5th paragraph I used "Associate Professor X" what I read from his webpage is "x ,Associate Professor, College of Computing".

Did I used it correctly?

Technically yes, though in some cases using the courtesy title of Professor is often appropriate.
